What is Saudi Child HelpLine (SCHL) ?         

It is a unified toll; free line dedicated to children under the age of 18. It provide support  & counseling services to the callers. Sometime it involves referral to the concerned authorities. At a later stage SCHL follow up with the transferred cases to guarantee the child received the needed service.

Our Vision:

supporting & providing  help for children under the age of eighteen by offering consultancy& support to all issues related to children in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

Our Message:

Responding to children different needs in the Kingdom through free and unified landline, in order to provide advice to the children or their caregivers. SCHL provide care and protection services for children , Also it follow-up with the entities responsible for providing these services.

Objectives:

  1. Provide support for children and their families through phone calls , to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  2. receive all  the call from children or their caregivers to provide support during the official working hours of the call center

  3. Provide immediate consultation and support to the children or their caregivers

  4. Provide support to the children, and build their confidence to help them make decisions by their own

  5. Contribute in meeting children's needs and solving their problems through effective communication and following-up mechanism with the related authorities

  6. Immediate Intervention with emergency cases through direct referral mechanism to the responsible authority , then following-up to insure the service reached the children on time

  7. Constant pursuit to improve the quality of services provided by monitoring the application of the child rights in protection and care in the Kingdom, and establish a partnerships with local institutions concerned with children and Child Helpline International
